The following is a house that was organized into two apartments, that is La Grande Vue 5A residence situated in Cape Town, South Africa. Both apartments have a luxurious interior design and a curved balcony shapes like waves. It appears that these forms represent incredible ocean views located underneath. The architectures behind the founding of this luxury project of La Grande Vue is Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects (SAOTA) in collaboration with interior design studio OKHA. Here is the story behind La Grande Vue project: “Carla & Stefan Antoni’s growing family is what forced the couple to demolish Their bachelor pad and build a larger home. The result incorporates Stefan’s dual-level penthouse, including two en-suite bedrooms, a living area and a kitchen on the first level, a studio, third bedroom and a garage on the lower level, and an apartment underneath. On the roof, there is a swimming pool and terrace, as well as the magnificent SKY BAR containing a cocktail bar and entertainment area. “” We wanted to break free from the mold, create a piece of poetry That plays on light, space and geometry, and balances the primal quality of the raw surfaces with modern elements, “Stefan explained.
